Architecture

Layered systems, each with an honest status

JUGNU is presented as layered architecture. Every layer carries a visible status so that current design work is never confused with deployed functionality.

How to read these labels

ARCHITECTUREDEVNETIMPLEMENTEDFUTURE

At V1, the JUGNU protocol itself is not labeled IMPLEMENTED. Labels describe the state of each architectural layer, not marketing claims.

Layers

The JUGNU stack

  1. 01ARCHITECTURE

    Security Foundation

Least-authority design, fail-closed behavior, and verifier separation form the base every other layer depends on.

  2. 02ARCHITECTURE

    Agent Identity & Authorization

Identity establishes attribution, not authority. Authorization defines capability boundaries, delegation, approval, and action limits.

  3. 03ARCHITECTURE

    Proof of Useful AI

PoUAI is JUGNU's proposed verification architecture for AI-mediated work — task, claim, evidence, verification, attestation.

  4. 04FUTURE

    Reputation

Verified history accrues into reputation over time. Reputation is derived from verification, never asserted by the agent itself.

  5. 05FUTURE

    Settlement

Economic settlement is a distinct layer with its own safeguards. Verification of work does not by itself trigger settlement.

  6. 06FUTURE

    Future Machine Economy

The long-term direction: machine-speed commerce where every action is attributable, authorized, evidenced, and verifiable.
